Mission House

Mission House (63 Gun Square Road, Bodden Town, Grand Cayman) – this is a classic two-floor gabled Caymanian house on wooden posts, dating back to the 1840s and restored by the National Trust.  The building got its nickname from early missionaries, teachers, and families who lived there while helping establish the Presbyterian ministry and school in Bodden Town.  Shards of 19th-century glass and ceramics found on-site and period furnishings are on display.
